We are Frank and Arlene Petragnani and the owners of 1230 Asbury Unit C. We both grew up in Philadelphia (Frank in SW Philly and Arlene in South Philly) and moved to Delaware County after we married. We have two married children and 6 grandchildren Arlene is a retired Catholic school Technology Coordinator/Instructor and Frank is a (semi) retired IT guy.

 

Our whole family loves the Jersey shore. We vacationed in OCNJ when our kids were growing up. And for over 10+ years, prior to our purchase, we rented annually in Sea Isle for our family vacations. We love the shore and have always wanted to own our own beach house. When the opportunity arose in 2019, we took the plunge.

 

We are far from pros at managing a rental property but we are experienced renters so we know what renters expect. Our hope is that our shore home will feel like a home away from home for our renters and ourselves.

We have made some improvements and additions since our purchase in 2019. They include a refinished fiber glass deck, new hot water heater, premium mattresses, new bunk beds in the "kids" room, new furniture in the living area and kitchen, new washer and dryer, new furniture on the back deck, fresh coat of paint and stainless steel appliances. In 2022 we replaced the front deck furniture with Polywood deck furniture. We hope to continue to upgrade the condo to keep it fresh and up to date. We will be updating photos soon.
