This condo is situated on the third floor of a private building. Enjoy the sun and sand and either 12th street or 14th street beach. You will be three short blocks from the 12th Street beach, which is guarded by the Ocean City Beach Patrol during the summer season. 8 Seasonal beach passes are included. You will have a sunny deck for enjoying meals and views of the avenue. The unit has three bedrooms two with a queen bed that each have a newer premium mattress, the third bedroom has a full over full bunk beds with a twin trundle. The two queen bedrooms have a rear balcony There are 2 full bathrooms. The home is child friendly with a  portable crib, Pack N Play, high chair, and baby monitor.
